how can i lose a lot of weight fast?

i wanna lose 10 pounds. fast. how can i do that with it not being too unhealthy? im not really fat. im just short & chubby & im sure all y’all know short & fat doesnt go. so any good diet tips to lose weight? & trust me. im not plannin on gettin too skinny. ive been 10 pounds lighter before. just gained 10 pounds since then and wanna lose it. & do diet pills really work?

    your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
    bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
    to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

    ive been following a regime from a guide i downloaded for free called the GL Diet and it explains what you should eat and how to easily lose or maintain weight and it has been fantastic.It makes a change for something free to good and this surely is as i have been doing great.Check it out it is free and they have also got more guides and some good diet articles

    Don’t do diet pills, it’s not worth it.

    Just do the conventional eat less, move more.

    If you move even more than you eat, you’ll lose weight quicker.

    Drink lots of water, be sure to eat breakfast (important), get 2-3 serving of fruit, 2-3 servings of vegetables, 3 servings of whole grains, 3 servings of dairy, don’t eat any excess calories or sweets, and don’t eat after 7. Go walking for about 20-30 min daily or do simple exercises such as pushups, squats, situps, lunges, etc. All this daily. If you keep this going, u should be able to lose 10 pounds within 2-3 weeks.

    My weight fluctuates very quickly, and I find these things help lose the half a stone I can put on in one afternoon!:
    1) More water! at least the 2 litres a day you’re supposed to, this helps flush out the toxins your body doesn’t like and reduces bloating and "water weight"
    2) cut out wheat and sugary things for a couple of weeks, including grapes, melons, strawberries and orange juice
    3) Eats lots of veg, and either fish or turkey for your proteins so you don’t feel too tired
    4)20 mins of aerobics a day - it’s not that much but it’s enough! If it’s around your tummy you want to lose it but you hate sit ups, stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart, lift your arms bent round in front of you and twist your upper half of your body round to left and then to the right about 100 times each way, making sure your hips stay completely still - I lost an inch and a half off my waist just doing this for 3 days in a row - so it may work for you too!
    5) diet pills are RUBBISH! even if they do work, it’s because hey mess with your brain by suppressing natural hunger feelings, and soon they’ll either wear off and stop wrorking, or you’ll come off them and then gain a stone, and then become addicted.
    Most of them end up just being laxatives anyways! (My sister’s sister in law has taken many different types… they all worked for shifting about 2lbs…)
    6) Don’t do anything silly, like starving yourself - been there done that! Your body will go into starvation mode and just do all it can to cling on to your fat! Eat high volumes of low calorie foods like apples (great for waking you up in the morning too apparently!) and spinach and soup with rice cakes. Amy’s soups are good because they’re all natural and they have one that’s veg and pearl barley that’s only 200 calories or something and full of vitamins - they’re a bit hard to find sometimes though.

    If diet pills work it’s almost always just because of short term water weight loss. The only other diet pills that are sure to work are ‘alli’ which have nasty side effects.
    ‘Fast’ is a relative term. Start exercising more and cut down on sodium to reduce water weight.
    Control your portion size, most Americans eat double the recommended serving of most things, especially meats and fats. So eat on smaller plates, and remember that a serving of meat should be no bigger than your palm and a serving of fat should be no bigger than your thumb.
    Sometimes cutting little things can mean a lot. Cutting mayo on a sandwich can take out a huge amount of calories. If you go to Chipotle? Ordering the bol instead of the burrito can save you 300 calories from dropping the tortilla alone. Also, if you drink sugared soda, switch to diet or water and you should see a pretty big improvement.

    You should combine diet and exercise for best and fast results.
    Choose healthy foods you like and replace unhealthy ones you eat in a day with them. Drink lots of water. Stay away from fat and sugar. Dont eat after 7pm. Eat 5 small meals in day, including snacks, not 3 big ones. Eat grilled and boiled foods, not fried and fastfoods. Here is a sample diet plan;
    Breakfast: Slices of tomatoes, a piece of cheese, 4 5 olives, 2 egg whites and green tea
    Snack: nuts or fruits
    Lunch: Salad
    Snack again
    Dinner: Grilled chicken, turkey or fish and boiled vegetables or salad
    You should exercise for best, fast and permanent results. You can exercise at home easily with a good program. And support it with walkings or runnings.

    you can eating all kind food,but half before time and nights you can eating salad,even very more,but only salad vegetables.dangerous lose weight more of 4 kilo in month and pressure to heart.

    1. First start by getting up earlier than usual. Around 5:30 AM to do some of you workouts. Getting up early shocks your metabolism because the body needs more energy to get going. Right? This will start your system on the road to weight loss. That early start with about 10 minutes of stretching. Have a cup of coffee to get the blood going also.

    2. Do all the sit-ups you can. Just do them. 15 or 20 whatever, we don’t have a lot of time to work with. Rest 1 minute repeat, do this for 6 sets. Already you are breathing hard and feel worn, because the body is working extra hard at being up earlier and then going right into exercise. If the early morning hour lets you get your cardio in, go ahead and do it. 30 minutes.

    3. Diet. Cut all current meal portions in half, just cut them in half, nothing fancy or complicated, CUT IN HALF! Cut out all bread products, all gravies, candies, chips, night snacks, etc. If you crave at night eat a banana, other fruit or best a non-fat yogurt. There are some tasty ones out there.

    4. In the evening do another 6 sets of sit-ups maxing out each set. Cardio again. The trick is to stay with getting up earlier. Yes it’s hard, that’s why it is so effective. Why do you think the Army gets up so early, it is intense training to the max.

    hey… janet here.. hopefully my own personally story can be of some guidance/help to you..

    I’m 5′8 and at the time I was about 220 lbs.. and was trying real hard to lose weight for almost 8 months… i just had a baby girl at the time.. and during my pregnancy i gained a tonnnn of weight and much of it stuck with me after she was born, and the hubby began getting on my case and bothering me non stop about my new weight problem… so after a few months of that, it really started getting to me, plus summer was about to get here- and i love the beach! So i decided to try and do something about it…

    ive since tried almost every diet system out there… the standard eat less-exercise more change lifestyle diet, south beach, atkins, slimfast, weight watchers, etc… I also tried taking many different weight loss supplements.. and overall nothing has really worked well for me…. But i came across this diet program >> http://www.fatloss.pcti-system.com .. which a couple of my girlfriends put me onto, and it worked amazing for me like nothing else has.

    Right now I’m only 180 lbs.. I’m still overweight but I’ve already lost 40 pounds and I’m well on my way to my goal of 160 lbs.. I hope i was of some help.. I wish you all the best of luck!
