Fast weight loss for teens.?

ohkay Im 16 years old. and I am about 5′2" I weigh 130 pounds. people have told me that I look fine and all this other stuff. well I want to loose weight. my boyf’s prom is in may and i was wondering if anyone had a diet that can help me loose weight by his prom. and dont just tell me exercise and diet. that dosent always work, especially when your my size and all you want to do is loose 10 more pounds.

    The last ten pounds are very often the most difficult to lose . That is why some of us resort to the "spandex diet " ! The right type of shape wear can make the difference in the way that dress fits .
    By all means count the calories try to stay under 1500 cal per day , do the ,ugh ,crunches but when the final fitting day gets close and a few pounds are still showing in the wrong places get some shape wear like a "Spanx " or an 1 piece slimmer like a "Nancy Ganz " they will hide the last few pounds !

    the only healthy way to do it is to excersize and eat well…..sorry its not the answer you want but that is all that I will give to you…..do it healthy

    well, if diet and exercise doesn’t work for you, it’s probably cuz you weight the least amount of pounds your body takes for normal, so it’s hard or impossible to lose any more

    Cut out all junk food. No soda. =)

    It’s not really a diet, ’cause you’ll still be eating normally and cutting out junk food is not an exercise. =D

    Oh, and have up to eight glasses of water a day.

    -Drink lots of water, fruits, and vegetables.

    -Try to avoid cravings as they only last for about 8-14 minutes once you realize that you can’t have what you want (Yes, I got that from VH1! Lol)

    -SWIMMING is a great way to get in shape (it’s a full body aerobic exercise — just do a bunch of laps for about 45 minutes to an hour…you burn the most calories in this sport and you sweat the most, disgusting I know…but I’m a swimmer and it’s a great way to stay in shape :-))

    -Running and walking are great too because they help to lose cellulite and any extra fat off your legs

    -Wall-sits and bridges (Where you get on the ground and put your elbows on the floor and have them hold your body up with your legs straight out across the floor (but not on the ground)) help too…stretching your leg out at a 90 degree angle while the other one is straight on the floor is a great exercise too

    -Basketball also helps tremendously

    *Remember this tip: the darker the food, generally the healthier it is for you. And try doing these exercises everyday…and don’t eat unless your HUNGRY and cut your meal portions in half and avoid unncessary snacks (get a stick of gum or suck on an ice cube)

    I dunno if this will help or not but ,
    because I’ve been busy I ended up skiping dinner and maybe just having a protein shake or something like that before I went to bed and I noticed that I lost 3 pounds in 1week

    If u have things w/ too much fat for dinner is the worst u can do because ur body don’t burn the fat..and well then u know what happen
    I don’t know if it helped but good luck

    Don’t diet, unless you don’t mind gaining your weight back after the prom. Eating healthy is the most important thing to do.

    Step one: exercise in the morning. 30 crunches, 15 push ups, & do lunges for at least one minute. You can throw in any other exercise of you like.

    Step two: for breakfast have either, whole grain cereal with low-fat milk, oatmeal, or fruits. Make breakfast your biggest meal of the day & don’t skip it! When you do your metabolism slows down.

    Step three: For Lunch have half veggies & fruit. (Half broccoli & half apples or berries is a good meal, but try to mix it up everyday.)

    Step four: exercise (I put the website in the sources)

    Step five: 2 serving of you favorite veggies, & some wheat pasta. For desert try fruit or a granola bar. (By the way I’m a vegetarian & so add some meat if you eat it)

    Tips: * You should be able to eat anything, just the unhealthy things in small portions.
    * Brush You teeth after eating, so you don’t over eat
    * Don’t skip any meals!
    * Don’t over snack. Good Luck!
