    Well type in ‘lose weight’.
    You will find over 23,000 pre-existing questions.
    Try the misspellings ‘loose weight’ and there are another 6,500.
    In all there are over 70,000 Health section questions requesting solutions to being or thinking you might be overweight.
    On average these each yield 6 answers, that is over 420,000 answers.

    I can usefully summarise these answers in 4 words:

    EAT LESS DO MORE. Are you desperate enough to try this???

    Here is a sample diet plan;
    Breakfast: Slices of tomatoes, a piece of cheese, 4 5 olives, 2 egg whites and green tea
    Snack: nuts or fruits
    Lunch: Salad
    Snack again
    Dinner: Grilled chicken, turkey or fish and boiled vegetables or salad

    Any diet where you lose weight really fast means as soon as you go off it, you’ll gain it back. And fast. It’s been proven that the slower you lose weight, the more successful you’ll be at keeping it off.

    Sorry that doesn’t answer your question, but it’s not healthy to drop weight fast.

    You probably didn’t gain weight fast, so you’re not likely to lose weight fast. Most people don’t want to hear this, but the best way to lose weight is slow and steady by following a sensible, healthy eating plan and exercising. I know, boring! But it’s true.

    While there are as many "diets" out there as there are reality shows, with a little research you can find a plan that will fit your lifestyle and that will work for you. Just don’t go for the ones that have you totally eliminating certain food groups, you need a well rounded meal plan. Or ones that totally blow off exercising, you need to move every day.

    Well, if you have an event in one week - just starve yourself. That’s the best you’re going to do in that kinda time frame.

    But if you want to do things the right way that will benefit you in the long run then 3 things:

    properly designed fat loss diet
    lift weights 3x per week
    cardio 3x per week following the weights.

    Theres much more detail to all that but you didn’t really ask so I’ll shuddup now

    I think the question should be "Are there safe diets that help you to loose weight really fast?"

    I’ve never heard of one except colon cleanses but those aren’t for everyone. The safe ones really work.

    You should see a doctor to see what’s safe. Don’t go on a crazy "fast working’ diet because they don’t really work. There is no such thing as an "instant result" when it comes to true weight loss. Sorry.

    Eat a balanced diet of fruit, veggies and grains. Eating a smaller amount of chicken and red meat. eating an even smaller amount of dairy food (cheese contributes to belly fat) and processed junk food, fried fatty food, sugary snacks etc. will help with weight loss. Drinking water and 100% juices (without additives) instead of bad sugar free drinks and processed "juices" w/ 5% juice will help as well.

    Exercise is needed as well. I don’t know what would work for you but try walking for 30-45 minutes a day, other aerobics like dancing (I mean an hour worth of really moving), biking riding, swimming, etc. Weight training too. Bicep curls etc. I can’t think of many. You should ask someone who can throughly explain the different weight excersise you can do at home.

    Lastly, the secret to losing weight is buring more calories than you eat. Have your heaviest meal during the day so that you can burn the calories when during the day.

    Good luck and don’t go crazy over your weight. Unless you are obesses, you should obsess over it.
