What diets work best for you?

I am a female in my twentys, I am 5ft6 and On a good day I weigh 162 lbs and on a bad day 165 lbs. I want to weigh 150 lbs by mine and my boyfriends Anniversary in the first week of April. Can someone please tell me a diet that will guarantee I reach 150 lbs by April 12,2008. I am so desperate.
I refuse to do anything that has to do with starving ones self, so please only give the real tips. If you have websites Do please send the links. I am considering only eating fruits and veggies durring the day and a normal half portion at dinner time. I also want to get myself to the gym 3-5 times a week. The best answer will receive highpoints.

    Look you don’t need to starve yourself just drink a cup of water 15 Minutes before you eat (this would Decrease your appetite) and Cut your meals in half for example if you eat 12 tortillas like i used to eat this time only eat six, this help me also drink water during the day so you will be less hungry during the day. It worked for me. ( I lost 7Lbs in two weeks) and with execise you will lose more.

    My mom and I went on this diet called the south beach diet. Its when you have to go on phases but it works!!!!!! It helped me and my mom loose weight. I weighed 160 and know i weigh 135!!!! wow and i lost it in 2 weeks!!!!!! i never have gained it back so if you want my oppinion go to http://www.southbeachdiet.com
