what do you think about taking diet pills,to lose weight, fast ,insted of work out ?

knowing the you can have side effects , after taking them , heah .you will lose weight fast , but so many people die because of them , WOULD YOU TAKE THE RISK ,???

    Hi,,,, it is only a temporary fix of a problem,,,, and it will cause you more problems in the long run,,, high BP.. ect ect….

    Just a simple workout 3 times a week,,, is good enough and cut back on the bad stuff……i promise you…..

    hell no dont take the risk of that just to lose some weight i mean yeh if you are dangerously fat or something and want to lose weight quick and think that you might die from it…either way you have a risk of dieing!!! so dont!, just do it the normal healthy safe way by excerising and eating right and if that doesnt work then go see a doctor.

    most diet pills increase metabolism and heart rate, if you don’t have high blood pressure or coronary disease you can take them as directed, people die when they take more than perscribed or when their heart isn’t up to it.

    You would have to be nuts. You did not put the weight on fast. It does not come off fast, either… not without significant harm. Fools that do take these risks usually put the weight right back on anyway.

    There’s only one way to lose weight… the good, old fashioned way… Hard work, counting calories, and patience with persistence.

    I think they are diffidently out of the question but if you are looking to loose weight i recommend The South Beach Diet
    Its the best one out there i lost 13 pounds in 2 weeks ( if you exercises as well and keep your heart rate up for 30 minutes) but the diet is basically where there are 3 phases they all last about 2 weeks , its about clearing everything out and then introducing new stuff into your diet and you eat a lot you just eat things that are good for you :)

    I think that it is the lazy and most dangerous way to lose weight. If I want to lose weight it will be by hard work. And no I would not risk my life for a pill.

    i was taking diet pills together with a protein diet and exercise (aerobics) and lost 36 lbs. now i’m off the pills and learned how to eat healthier but i still exercise (more than i used to) and keep up with a low carb diet, i think it’s just about getting used to a healthier lifestyle.

    taking diet pills is the worst way to lose weight. When you think of weight loss and losing weight, the first things that probably come to your mind are either those "lose weight fast !!" articles that are in every magazine and newspaper in the world that never work and are written by some personal training idiot that has no idea what they’re talking about… or maybe you’re thinking of all of those weight loss pills that claim to be safe and allow you to "eat whatever you want and still lose weight because the pill will do all of the work for you" or whatever stupid line they are using to get you to buy their useless unsafe weight loss product.

    When you eat unhealthy for such a long time, your blood changes in such a way that it cannot carry toxins and heavy metals out of the body. Also unhealthy eating results in unhealthy excretory organs. If the body cannot get rid of waste then it stores them in fat bone and muscle which can fool people into thinking that they are over fat, but rather over toxic. The body stores them to keep them from damaging organs and out of circulation. Also heavy metals and toxins all carry a positive charge so the body considers them to be electrolytic, so the body will store more water which just makes you look even fatter.

    Trick is in most cases get rid of the toxins and heavy metals and you will find the weight will come of extremely quickly even without excercising. The body will do anything to get healthy given half a chance and it sees toxins as extremely unhealthy.

    What happens is eat healthy (lots of raw vegetables) and it changes the blood and organs in a way that that it can start to get rid of toxins in the blood at the particular time. In the body things move from high concentration to low concentration. Get rid of toxins in the blood and guess what you have low concentration in the blood and high concentration in fat, bone and muscle so they end up coming out and as long as you keep eating healthy the exchange will continue to take place.

    Good thing for you is the fat stores seem to go first then muscle then bone.

    The best thing to do is eat lots of raw vegetables. I cant stand raw vegetables but I love them when they are all blended up with some all natural fruit juice.

    Avoid as many toxins as possible.

    You want to get your blood more alkaline, if you are fat then you can bet your acidic.

    Depening on how fat you are its really not good to do intense hard workouts, it can indirectly make you even fatter. As you produce lactic acid the body uses alkaline stores to carry it out of the body, so if your short on stores in the first place its only making matters worse. For the time being dont do anything that makes you out of breath. The body wants to be healthy and if your struggling to breath then thats your bodys way of telling you that it is struggling to remove the lactic acid you have produced, its telling you to slow down.
