Helpful Exercises to lose weight?

I’m 15 and I know that I’m overweight. I am comitted to losing weight but I don’t know what exercises I should do to lose weight eficiently. I can’t get a gym membership or buy any machines. Can you tell me what I can do?

    Find something that you can enjoy, like dancing. If you are having fun you are more likely to keep doing it.

    Some specific exercises might be more "efficient" but if you dread doing them everyday then you’re going to give them up faster too.

    the basic stuff. pushups, sit-ups, running.

    CARDIO!! Running, Powerwalking, eliptical, stairmaster, bike. About an hour a day or at the least 2o minutes!

    i discovered that the most successful way is to focus on exercises that burn calories instead of building mussel stuff like walking running swimming jumping jacks things that get your body moving

    walking, watch what you are eating .eat more fruit and vegatables.walk a lots

    Im not trying to endorse anything but Hip-Hop abs helped me loose weight fast and overall and its not hard stuff its actually pretty easy and fun because most of the time is dancing ( Dancing helps too) Idk I can tell you about my routine Just send me an Email , It helps me loose 10 pounds in a month …

    you need to burn fat with fresh air and a girlfriend to walk with !

    you should not eat more food in the evening and keep doing activities,
    do some exercise when you have your free time, and NEVER spend all your money for food
