What is the best diet?

I am feeling pretty bad lately about my weight. And I just can’t seem to get motivated. Please Help.

    there is no perfect diet. all you can do is learn everything about nutrition that you can and go from there. but there is alot of crappy info and crappy diet on the web, so be careful what you believe and buy. ther only sure fire way to lose is diet and exercise. exercise probly being the most important part, becuase that is whats going to tone you, and give you muscle, and as everyone knows, muscular people burn more fat during the day than people of average fitness. but motivation is key. above all. why dont you get involved in a fun class, like spinning, or yoga, or pilates. those are fun and you can meet some great friends there, whome have the same intrests as you!!!! im proud of you for stepping up to the plate and realizing what you have to do to better yourself. good luck!!!!!

    Lose weight dangerously with speed. It really works. After you lose the weight you can stop taking it. That is what the doctor would presribe for you if you went to a good one in the end after he tries something milder anyway.
