can anyone else out there tell me about which diet pills work best?

i am looking for an answer to a question,not a rude,bad mannered remark. i excercise, i eat properly,and i do not sit on the couch all day (some of us actually have jobs and are up at 5am every morning) however,i would like something to give me a bit of a boost to help me along the way. if anyone is going to leave a rude,nasty,sarcastic message, don’t bother atall. cheers.

    I dont like the pills but a low carb diet works best foe me.Just becareful what you take.Good luck.

    Hydroxicut//helps when you work out, it helps to burn more- and it will give you a boost without giving you the jitters. good luck!!

    I would suggest not using diet pills, they have side effects, I think called fatty build up or something. But it involves having BM (Bowl Movement, #2) at random times, that CAN NOT WAIT, when you fluctuate, it leaves a fatty residue, your BMs are smelly, and not well made, due to it speeding up your digestive tract, and many other things.

    The best diets are fruits, fruit juices, salad, milk, yoghurt, buttermilk and dried fruits to maintain good health. Drinking lots of water is useful.

    capsules called "thins", not only do they take away your appetite, but they give you energy to face a day that starts at 5am. i know, i also start work that time. take one after breakfast and you’l only want to eat a small supper. its very good cos it makes you thirsty so you end up drinking so much water. they are available from pharmacies, however some places do require perscription as some teenage girls find them addictive.

    Try hoodia or trim spa. Diet pills work but only when you drink lots of water and ONLY when you exercise.
