How long would it take me to lose 30 lbs. with this routine?

I was just curious how long it would take to lose 30 lbs. if this is all I ate and how I exercised.

DIET:
Breakfast (6:30am)
1 Fried Egg, 1 Slice of Toast, 1 cup of 100% Orange Juice, 1 cup of Green Tea
Snack (9:00am)
1 Fruit (Apple, Pear, Banana, etc.)
Lunch (12:00pm)
1/2 Sandwich (Plain Turkey, PBJ, etc.), 1 Cup of Skim Milk
Snack (3:30pm)
Bowl of Vegetables (Usually about 7 baby carrots, 7- 2in. celery, and 7 broccoli pieces)
Dinner (5:30pm)
Bowl of Spinach-I actually love spinach, 1 Cup of 100% Cranberry Juice
- Of course this diet will be changed up once in a while but usually this is how it will be.
- I drink about 10-15 8oz. glasses of water each day.

WORKOUT PLAN:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday:
A.M. Workout-
1. Warm-up stretches (10 min.)
2. Run (15 min.)
3. Pre-exercises (10 min.)- these are usually push-ups, curl-ups, etc.
4. Bowflex (20 min.)
5. Cool-down stretches (10 min.)
P.M. Workout-
1. Warm-up stretches (10 min.)
2. Run (15 min.)
3. Pre-exercises (10 min.)
4. TaeBo (20 min.)
5. Cool-down stretches (10 min.)

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday:
A.M. Workout-
1. Warm-up stretches (10 min.)
2. Run (15 min.)
3. Pre-exercises (10 min.)
4. TaeBo (20 min.)
5. Cool-down stretches (10 min.)
P.M. Workout-
1. Warm-up stretches (10 min.)
2. Run (15 min.)
3. Pre-exercises (10 min.)
4. TaeBo (20 min.)
5. Cool-down stretches (10 min.)

I’ve been doing this for the past few days and I actually enjoy it a lot, so please no comments about how I won’t stick to it and crap. Thanks so much! Best answer will DEFINITELY get 10 points!

    Probably two months if you stay really commited. I stuck to a plan similar to this one and i lost about fifteen pounds in less than two months. My plan was less extreme as yours so you will probably see better results than i did. I think you could achieve this goal in about two months.

    Your diet is lacking a lot of calories. If you stick to eating that low amount of food you will at first lose weight, however eventually your body will go into a "starvation mode" and break down things in your body such a proteins which could lead to ketones in you urine, ultimately telling you that your body needs food! i would say that a diet consisting of at least 1400-1600 calories is your best bet if you want to lose the weight and actually keep it off. Take it from a yo-yo dieter who couldn’t lose 80 pounds until I actually changed my lifestyle and ate an adequate amount of food and worked out. All that diet will do is starve yourself which is not healthy at all.

    Hi, this looks pretty good to me, the only thing i would change is to have a poached egg instead of fried egg. Also you need to eat some more protein, because your body will need it to recover from the exercise. Add some fish into your diet.

    Apart from that it looks great, and you will definitely start seeing a difference in a few weeks.
