I lost nearly 3 kg ( 7 pounds ) on my 1st week….I cut out all carbs except for fruits….cause i didn t know that i wasn t soppuse to eat fruit…what shall I do…do i need to cut them??
My Menu is
Breakfast
Low Fat Yogurt
Green Tea
Apple
Dinner
Raw Salad & 2 egg whites
Snack Almonds
Dinner
Raw Salad, adam cheese and [...]

i want to start this diet but only know just a few things i can eat can someone send me a menu or a free link to the foods i can and cant eat????
