I just started level one of the Adkin’s diet, and I don’t want the process to be a miserable one. What are some tricks, tips, and helpful solutions for cravings? What are some sweet things I can make/ eat while on the diet? Recipe’s? Any help would be GREATLY appriciated.

I lost nearly 3 kg ( 7 pounds ) on my 1st week….I cut out all carbs except for fruits….cause i didn t know that i wasn t soppuse to eat fruit…what shall I do…do i need to cut them??
