How long do you think it would take to lose 30kg, on the following regime:
- Gym for 2 hours, 5 days per week with 700 calories by cardio, and then 30 minutes of weights.
Total Calories burned: circa. 900
- Diet of the following:
Breakfast: Hard-boiled eggs x 3, 1 glass orange juice.
