whats the recommended nutrition for each day?

When i’m designing a diet plan i like to make sure i have a balance of everything so im super healthy.
What do i need to do to ensure this?
Does anybody know the figures for the recommended nutrition every day?

Realistically.. how long will it take to lose 50 lbs?????

how long will it take to lose 50 lbs
by not starving but pretty much
my plan:
1200 cal diet..
burn about 300 a day
i should also mention i am a teenager and have a naturally fast metabolism burning roughly 2300 calories per day
so i am already eating 1/2 o what i need to maintain my weight
