I&#8217;m 6&#8242;0, 16 years old, male, 185 lbs, around 20% body fat, and tired of being overweight and unhealthy. </p>
<p>Every day drink 120 ounces of water. That’s 6 glasses of GNC Pro Performance Power Mixer. </p>
<p>7:00 AM Eat oats (½ a cup = 27 grams of carbs) in the morning w/ protein shake.<br />
Make another protein shake and take to school. </p>
<p>6:30 AM Wake up<br />
7:00 AM Drink protein shake with 35 grams of protein and ½ cup of oats for 27 grams of carbs<br />
9:00 AM Drink another protein shake w/ 35 grams of protein<br />
11:00 AM Drink another protein shake w/ 35 grams of protein<br />
1:00 PM Drink another protein shake w/ 35 grams of protein<br />
3:00 PM Eat a meal with protein source (Chicken, beef, fish, etc.)  and some oats for 27 grams of carbs<br />
3:20 PM Go to gym for one hour<br />
5:00 PM Drink another protein shake w/ 35 grams of protein<br />
7:00 PM Drink another protein shake w/ 35 grams of protein<br />
8:00 PM Eat a bowl of raw vegetables<br />
10:30 Sleep</p>
<p>For a total of 245 grams of protein and 54 carbs daily. </p>

<p>My questions is this: What do you guys think? Any personal opinions on my plan? Do you think that if I commit and stay devoted to this new lifestyle that I can lose fat while gaining muscle? If yes, how long do you think it would take for me to lose a maximum of 25 lbs of body fat to weigh 160 lbs? Any other tips/suggestions? Thank you to all.</p>

I was a week away from 18 years old when she was born, before I became pregnant I weighed between 165-175 lbs, I am 5&#8242;10&quot;. I gave birth at about 245 lbs, after the baby I got down to 220 pretty fast. But a year and some months later I am maxed out at 260 lbs. So a couple days ago I started the slim fast liquid diet and I&#8217;ve lost about 8 lbs so far. Its is pretty easy during the day when I&#8217;m a work, I work at a Law Office and stay pretty busy. But when I get home its torture. It is a 6 week jump start diet, after the 6 weeks I plan on joining weight watchers to maintain and continue to loose weight. </p>
<p>Anyways, for women who have had any weight loss success after a huge weight gain, what kind of diet did you use, how did it go, how much did you loose, etc? I am really anxious about loosing weight now that the swimming season is once again upon us.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Okay, first off, I know my plan isn&#8217;t exactly the ideal&#8230;I know enough to design myself a workout plan if my goals were simply to &quot;get in shape&quot;, i.e., lose fat and increase muscle mass.</p>
<p>I want to lose 70 lbs or more so that I can offset my size. I&#8217;m 6&#8242;3&quot;, probably about 245, and I totally hate it. I don&#8217;t care if some guys would like to be taller/bigger or if some women like big guys&#8230;.hearing that it&#8217;s a good thing only makes me feel worse. Hence, I&#8217;ve been trying to create the right diet/workout plan for my specific goals, which are to lose my chest and shoulders and lose as much size (not just fat) that I can.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ll be playing my nutrition by ear since I obviously cannot make it long-term if I&#8217;m dying of hunger. For the first, I&#8217;d like to attempt 1000 calories a day, balanced, erring somewhat on the side of more protein, less carbs (I know I can&#8217;t quit carbs entirely&#8230;most of mine will come from fruit or whole wheat). </p>
<p>As for workouts, I&#8217;m considering two 40-minute sessions of cardio a day (20 minutes on each machine - at least one session per day will be on treadmill.</p>
<p>Of course, if this gets too insurmountable, I will alter things, but I would like to try this once and for all to see if I really can lose enough size so I won&#8217;t always be seen as big.</p>

<p>Acai berri does NOT work as a weight loss program.  I have been taking it for more than a month now, while taking part in the &quot;eat less, move more&quot; diet, and I haven&#8217;t lost a single pound.  I started on Acai berri at 10st 8 lbs, and I am still 10st 8 lbs.</p>
<p>Now, I will admit my skin has never looked better and I do have more energy, but it is not good for weight loss.  I look and feel younger, but I am not thinner.</p>
<p>Prior to taking Acai berri I was doing a weight watchers diet and lost approx 14lbs in one month, but since starting Acai berri, I have not lost weight.</p>
<p>So, if you want to lose weight, do NOT take Acai berri.  But if you just want to look and feel a little younger, THEN and only then, could I recommend Acai Berri.</p>
<p>(PostNote: I have also done the Colon Cleanse program, which resulted in no weight loss, so please trust me).</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am a female in my twentys, I am 5ft6 and On a good day I weigh 162 lbs and on a bad day 165 lbs. I want to weigh 150 lbs by mine and my boyfriends Anniversary in the first week of April. Can someone please tell me a diet that will guarantee I reach 150 lbs by April 12,2008. I am so desperate.<br />
I refuse to do anything that has to do with starving ones self, so please only give the real tips. If you have websites Do please send the links. I am considering only eating fruits and veggies durring the day and a normal half portion at dinner time. I also want to get myself to the gym 3-5 times a week. The best answer will receive highpoints.<br />
